Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. The role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Procurement & Vendor Management
  2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers
  3. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
  4. Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project/production requirements


  1. Inventory & Stores Management
  2. Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
  3. Oversee warehouse and store operations
  4. Implement systems for tracking and managing inventory efficiently


  1. Logistics & Dispatch
  2. Plan and manage transportation and delivery schedules
  3. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and cost-effective dispatch
  4. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of shipments


  1. Production & Planning Coordination
  2. Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to align demand and supply
  3. Ensure smooth flow from design to production to delivery


  1. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
  2. Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency
  3. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs)


  1. Data & Reporting
  2. Maintain accurate records of procurement, inventory, and logistics
  3. Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review
  4. Use ERP/CRM tools for tracking and planning


Key Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good understanding of inventory control and logistics
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred (Good to have)


  • Experience in manufacturing / furniture / project-based industry
  • Knowledge of BOMs, technical drawings, and production processes
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD / Fusion 360 (if relevant)
