Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth in the furniture manufacturing segment. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and handling end-to-end sales coordination with a strong focus on data management and reporting using Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients (architects, interior designers, corporates, retailers, project buyers)
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for timely execution
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build strong relationships
- Track order status and ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline tracking, and reports using Excel
- Analyze sales trends, customer requirements, and performance metrics
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong B2B sales experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or manufacturing)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis, MIS)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and closure capability
- Basic understanding of furniture materials, production, or design is an advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (furniture/interior industry preferred)
Education
- Graduate in any field (Business, Marketing, or related preferred)
